Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
- Orders Under $150: A flat shipping rate of $15.00 will apply.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we’re happy to assist where possible.
